Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped USPS.
Gifts are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Clothing ships in 10-15 business days.

Payment is due at time of order.
No refunds on personalized or special order items.  In the rare event an item is damaged or defective we will make every attempt to replace or repair the item to the customers satisfaction. 

• Local Pickup is FREE if you live in the Chapel Hill, NC area or surrounding area.
• Shipping to the other 48 contiguous states is $3.95 for the first item and is $1.00 per item after that.
